Unattended robots have to be "invited users" and how to assign more than one robot per "invited user"

According to this post: Why does Modern Folders requires one "real user" per unattended bot?, 20.10 version of Automation Cloud would fix this issue, can you elaborate on what that fix is?

We are intending to move from on-prem Orchestrator to the Automation Cloud and are evaluating the Cloud offering. To create a “farm” of unattended robots it would be preferable to use Modern folders, but since these are attached to an “invited user” and it seems to still be a 1-1 relationship it makes this more difficult. The post I have referenced, suggests that this will be fixed in 20.10 but this is the version we are looking at. Please can you advise.
