Queue Trigger Does Not Work

Hello!

I have a pair of automations where a dispatcher process is connected to a schedule trigger to run every 10 minutes and add items to a queue, MY_QUEUE, for which there is a queue trigger to start the performer process. MY_QUEUE has the default trigger settings of starting a new job with a minimum of 1 item and can have only 1 pending/running job at a time.

The issue is that a job is never created for the performer process regardless of if there are items in the queue or how much time has passed. I can confirm that items are going into the queue and that the trigger is connected to MY_QUEUE. If it helps, I am using Modern folders. I’ve also followed the directions from these topics- Queue trigger does not work when a new queue item is added - News / Knowledge Base - UiPath Community Forum, Changing the Queue.ProcessActivationSchedule value is not working for queue triggers - News / Knowledge Base - UiPath Community Forum, and have changed the Queue.ProcessActivationSchedule in the :gear: UiPath.Orchestrator.dll.config to 0 for instant and to every 1 minute but neither change had made a difference.

Does anyone have an idea of what may be the issue?

Thanks!
