Please help: All my robots are showing up as "Connected, Unlicensed"

Hello,

Can someone please help me license my robots? I have the Community Version and currently have 3 machines installed within Orchestrator and 3 robots licensed and set up as such:

1. Robot1 = Attended (Automation Developer)
2. Robot2 = Production (Unattended)
3. Robot3 = Attended (Attended User)

However, all my robots are showing up as “Connected, Unlicensed”:

Here’s an overview of the license I have set up right now:

What my license allows:

NOTE:

  • All robots are assigned to their designated environments
  • I am currently setting up my UiPath assistant with a machine key/orchestrator URL because every time I try to use the service URL method it shows me this:

The only other thing I can think of is if I somehow added the machine name incorrectly… my domain is “Robot1\GTowerz” and I have the machine and robot name as “Robot1”. Is that what I’m supposed to put within this “Name” text field?

All the robots were working fine and then from one day to the next everything just broke… :frowning: I’ve looked and tried everything I found online, I think I now need a human to help. Let me know if you need additional info from me!

Thanks!

Hey @GTowerz

Please check whether the machine name and the domain username, password you provided is right in place.
