Is it possible to license Orchestrator with a 60day trial inbetween of UiPath-Orchestrator-Basic licenses?
Our basic license is expired and we need to bridge the gap (for development & showcase only of course) with a 60 day trial License to get Orchestrator, Studio and Robots running.
For some reason the Trial Key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) our customer gave us does not seem to work. “Activation Failed - The activation request seems to reflect a mismatch from your license details”.
From my understanding there should not be any problem. Sice our Orchestrator & Studio Infrastructure is all set up already and is set to unlicensed.
Could they have requested the wrong trial license key?
Could the SSL certificate renewal be the cause?
Do we need to create a deactivation request before we can install the trial license first?
**We did not consume any Trail License before that either.
Any information on this topic is much appreciated.
Thank you in advance
