Hi Michael, I think I helped you already in a call but for visibility, I’ll give the most likely causes for this here as well. The error which is thrown is a generic error that doesn’t give much information. But based on what you describe I think the error is in Event End. Hi @Kakooza-Allan-Klaus, I see you want to use 1 workflow only for Shell and Total however want to run part of logic conditionally. So when you are calling that workflow, how about passing sheet name as argument in that workflow and within that workflow, use a if-else block to drive changes to the sale logic based on sheet name this workflow was called. And when you are calling that workflow its inside a loop for reading worksheets one by one. Regards Sonali

Usually to extract the whole list, I’d use Data Scraping: ![image|75x93] When you got the error, what was the page ? We might use several datascraping to do it. Do you confirm that when you tried Data Scraping, you put MaxOfResults to -1 ? If we try to bypass it and use artisanal way, I’d way to use UiExplorer and find the interesting tags to keep. Hi, Best practice is 1 server (For example Prod) → with multiple accounts. For example Account Name =Prodbot 01 Account Name=Prodbot 02 Account Name =Prodbot 03 That mean on one prod server We have 3 user account and one robot license against one account. Alternatives to select item & type into activities

@ayub_z Use two Click activities. First Click activity to click on Drop down. Second Click activity to select item from the drop down list. You need to make the selector dynamic by passing variable into the selector. Check which attribute holds the selected value and pass variable there. Eg. If aaname holds the value then it should be like this. aaname={{yourVariable}}

Hi @Maria99 , In click image you can set an offset for x and y coordinates. If you ensure that the robot will run in the same resolution in dev and prod environments you can check what is the x and y coordinates needed from the text D3 to the checkbox. Check the property tab for offset. So robot will first find D3 but click -x coordinates on the check box. こんにちは UiExplorerの右上の選択していない項目に、tableRowの項目があると思います。 これは表の行番号を意味していますが、おそらく各ボタンの要素を確認していくと このtableRowが１づつ増えていっているのではないかと思います。 上記が確認できれば、セレクターにこのtableRow属性を組み込み その値を動的セレクターとして変数を組み込めば、変数の内容に応じた 各行ごとの要素を特定できることになります。

Timeout property if the SAP session has hang or disconnected

@s3vn Please describe the issue as precise as possible. “Updated to the newest activity…” From what to what? and what has happened? It can be a bug! We are not perfect, but we are open and hearing to customer and community. We just need to find the exact place and also in the best case to be able to reproduce the stuff.
