UiPath Forms - convert json output result of Date to another format

JSON does not know anything about dates. What .NET does is a non-standard hack/extension. Extracting Data from Excel using Column Alphabet instead

Hi, But I just need help if there is a way to extract the data by typing in the column alphabet for example column B from excel to be “B” into the input dialog instead of keying in “2”. Can you try to use the following expression? UiPath.Excel.Helpers.ExcelUtilities.ConvertColumnLetterToColumnIndex(ColumnLetter) ConvertColumnLetterToColumnIndex method returns index number of the column like R1C1 style. Hi @Anjali_Rani, It happens bcoj of modern folders enablement. There will be no Robots and environments tabs at folder level. Also, Robot creation is different in this case. Go to machines at tenant level, create a standard machine or machine template, connect that machine to user at folder level. こんにちは あくまで一般論ですが、ファイルIOはメモリ上の動作にくらべてかなり低速です。 そのため、ファイルへの書き込みを複数回行うよりも、メモリ上の操作を複数回して ファイル書き込みを１回にするほうがパフォーマンスは高くなるケースが多いです。 上記の場合は、アクティビティの数が1つ増えるだけ（ワークブック保存）のように 見えますので、やはり最後に保存するほうがパフォーマンスの面では有利かと思います。

Hi @copy_writes Ah ok thanks for the feedback. I didn’t see it. I though she searches for joy. row(“name”).Contains(“joy”) Works if it is no matter where is the joy keyword. But @Dorothy_lee if you search for only joy at the beginning you have to set it so: row(“Name”).ToString.Substring(0,3) = “joy” → Here you check only the first three characters. Best regards Mahmoud

Hi, Do you use on-premise OC? Which is better to use, host-based licensing or tenant-based licensing? It depends on your requirement. Hi, I got the solution doing below steps. Used ‘Indicate anchor’ function in UiExplorer (as suggested by @Ryba ) and then selected the CSS Selector attribute. Also I unchecked few attributes and used wild characters to make my selector more dynamic. Thanx everyone for help.

Hey @mnlatam I got your back (why I already added the “-”). Names are tricky. Try this updated pattern: (?<=client:)\s*([\w\s\.\-]+),\s*([\w\s\.\-]+)\s*_doc I have a second option but I am not sure if this suits your needs but this is a simplified version where First and Last name are not captured separately. (?<=client:)\s*[(,\w\s\.\-]+\s*_doc Extra unknown characters can be inserted into the square brackets “[ ]”. I would use a “\” to escape them just incase.

正直なところ建物名については、ある程度のイレギュラーを認める代わりに、出来る限りイレギュラーを減らすような考え方で取り組むのが良いと思います。 過去に、住所や建物名を大量に処理する業務のRPA化に携わったことがありますが、そのときも最終的には手作業にしています。先方と調整のうえ「すべてのパターンを網羅して100%にすること」は目指さずに、「手作業のボリュームを極力減らすこと」として9割を目標に対応することとした、という話です。 割合をどの程度に設定されるか、は先方の状況次第になるかと思います（私のときは1割なら手で対応できるだろう、という想定でした）。 @shinji さんのいうように有料のAPIなどもありますが、これはだいたい「建物名」には対応していないです（住所はある程度対応してくれますが）。

Debugging with the orchestrator is frustrating

Hi @kbak, I second that and I feel your pain. After some very frustrating days we decided it was enough. Orchestrator does not help us when we need a hotfix and are stuck with parsing logs to find the needle in the haystack. The search function is great but when we are a small team we need results quick. I am not able to filter on date in a data table

@manjesh_kumar - Please look closely… CDate(row(“Grn Date”)).Date. Equals (now.Date)) In the above code, you are checking the Grn Date is equals to Now.date…i believe none of the values in the sheet has the 08/20 date so it is returning the count to 0. CDate(row(“Grn Date”)).Date > now.Date) Note: CDate and Datetime.parse will work based on the local system settings, i.e. my local settings MM/dd/yyyy so if use cdate with dd/MM/yyyy format it will thrown an error. Read Range convert excel date format automatically

If the date is in text format it will read it in text format only (i.e., String) but if the date is in date time format it will be read in DateTime Format. Look closely at your input excel file. The date formats are different in input excel. UiPath is reading them correctly.
