My client is asking me to keep only specific files on the remote site on ftp server and delete unwanted ones which gets updated everyday. I’m not following this approach as I’m not aware if its not possible so help.
From remote site I can currently download all the files to my local directory while using download activity which takes time. Then deleting unwanted files on my local and keeping specific using get.directory. I’m following this approach only
Please help anyone, which approach is good?

You should try to work with FTP activities. Those are quite simple to use. I recommend checking the forum for solutions as well. There were quite few nice examples of use.
