Callouts not displaying content

I’m using callouts for an attended process to show a simple text message and button. They appear perfectly from some users (including myself), but for other users the text and button doesn’t appear at all. I’ve tried changing the font and colour, but no luck. Is there a setting in the callout that needs to be tweaked to get this working for all users?

Hi

There are a few things you can check to try to get callouts to work for all users in an attended process:

  1. Make sure that all users are using the same version of UiPath Studio.

  2. Try running the bot as an administrator.

some additional tips for troubleshooting callout issues:

  1. Try restarting UiPath Studio.
  2. Try restarting the machine.
  3. Try creating a new callout.
  4. Try changing the callout properties, such as the font, color, and position.

If you are still having problems, I would recommend you to contact UiPath support for further assistance.

Users shouldn’t be using Studio to run attended processes. They should be using Assistant. Studio is for developers.

Try to upgrade the robot to 2023.4.5 and use the UiPath.Callout.Activities.23.4.6

UiPath.Callout.Activities versions above 23.4 are compatible only with Studio 2023.4.0 or higher, and versions 23.4.X or higher of the following activity packages:

Thank you for all the suggestions. I think I will try creating a new callout to see if that fixes the issue for our users running the process in Assistant.
