Assist Run Process including SAP and Website failure on Remote Computer

Hello guys,

When triggered process of assist on remote computer via to Ochestrator, if screen of remote computer is locked, can not run SAP and website related process correctly, need some body logon computer to unlock the screen, it can run SAP and website well.

Dose somebody met the issue before, and how to solve it? thanks.

The issue is due to robot configuration and which licensing model we are using. Kindly verify the below link for further help on this issue.

Running a robot unattended not working if screen locked

Robot running from unattended robot if RDP session is active but once it is locked or disconnected, it stops. Please help. Thank you.

When I switch to unattended robot on VM, it works.
