Publish of workflow project to Orchestrator failed. You are not authenticated

Hi,
I am trying to publish my workflow in studio and I am getting this error:

Publish of workflow project to Orchestrator failed. You are not authenticated.

I checked UiPath Assistant and it is is connected.
do I need to make any changes in User Roles?

Need help.

It’s due to permission issue / due to firewall issue, may be there is some antivirus blocking the connection to orchestrator
