Orchestrator does not run processes; they only run through Ui Assistant

I published a process to Orchestrator today and tried running it, but it never runs; it just stays on “pending” until I stop or kill it. When I open Ui Assistant, I can click the exact same process, and it runs. It also shows up in Orchestrator that I ran it successfully. I’ve done a lot of debugging, but nothing has resolved the issue, which seems to be that there is no robot connected to the process when I try to run it online, but there is a robot connected when I run it through Ui Assistant. (See picture below.)
