Unable to run process from orchestrator

Hi All,

I’m facing an issue while running the bot from orchestrator .Orchestrator and studio was connected. Machine created and process has been assigned to it, but Job is been pending status for a while.

Kindly guide me to Sort this issue.

Pls check in your robot assistant whether it is connected and licensed

If not try connecting again

Hi!

Once check the UIPath Assistant. whether it is signed in or not. if it is signed in still persisting the issue.
please once sign out from the assistant and sign in again.

Is another other bot connected to the same machine and is it running
Check under Jobs tab

Can you please confirm what kind of process you are trying to run(testing, action center etc…)?

Also, can you confirm which license you have assigned to the machine?

Can you share screenshots?

Also, can you share user profile screenshot which shows details under unattended and attended section in orchestrator?
