Hello, all. I just wanted to post if anyone needs help on the issue of connecting the orchestrator of the Academic Alliance version.
Recently, I was working on the Udacity nano degree program and had an issue connecting the orchestrator through the UiPath Robot application.
When you see, “unlicensed” in your robot application window, you will probably see the error in the UiPath studio
“[Robot Name] was not defined” when you click the refresh button on the bottom of the studio window
When you click publish button, you will see “Use interactive login”
I tried to fix this issue and surf the internet for almost 4 hours and finally resolved it.
The issue was the newer version of the orchestrator does not allow the remote login by machine key. You need to change the setting in the security tab.
Tenant > Setting > Security >
At first, it will be greyed out for the option of “Enforce User Authentication, disable robot key authentication”. Just put some number in Run Disconnected Hours then click Save.
After that, you can uncheck the “Enforce …” option.
I also made the dummy email user for a robot.

Even after entering a number for Run Disconnected Hours and saving it the 2 check boxes are still greyed out for me. Any help or support on this issue will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!
