Option to add local users not available

I am trying to add a local user in my Enterprise trial orchestrator (cloud).

The documentation about managing users (Managing Users) states the following “On the Users page, click the Add button, and select Add Local Use”.

However this option is not available. The only option I have is “Add User or Group” which only seems to allow picking users that were invited.
The account I’m using has the appropriate role and permissions.

How can I add local users?

Did you ever find a solution to this issue?


As a workaround I invited the user that I wanted to add. The obvious downside is that the user must have an email address. In my case this wasn’t an issue.
