Not able to select dropdown in SAP Business one (desktop application) on Item Creation page

I am doing desktop application (SAP Business one) automation
not able to select dropdown through select item, type into and click activity , I tried all solution but no success
please help me that how can I select dropdown using select item as when I am going to indicate on screen the whole screen captures and when I am trying to indicate after pressing F2 and F3 the selectors are not visible in UI explorer, through which I can select the dropdown value.

Uipath is capturing the whole screen while doing indicate on element and after trying F2 and F3 selectors are not visible in ui explorer for the activity type info and click

Could you share a screenshot of the dropdown in question (you can blur out any sensitive information)?

Also, could you let us know what is your UIAutomation activity package version, and whether updating it helps here?
