When I used classic folder , I have created floating robot /standard attended robot to trigger any process from orchestrator/api in my system .
I use to select perticular attended bot when I run job . If my system is logged in and connected with assistant , it use to run process in my system automatically when i trigger from orchestrator or api.
Now i am using modern folder as its user specific and more compatible with my process .
When I assign user to modern folder , and logged into my system connected assistant using username and pass . Now I am able to see the processes in that folder in my assistant . I can also trigger bot from my assistant .
But how can I trigger this bot from orchestrator /api as attended bot ?
When I go to submit job kn modern folder , I see only unattended and non production to be able to select , not attended . Please suggest .

I have 5 attended bot licence . I have added 9 users into my modern folder all granted with attended bot permission .
How and who will be able to access/run bots from their robot tray as attended bot ?
I think it will depend on the connection status. The first 5 users who connect their robot to Orchestrator will be licensed. Then, the other 4 users will stay connected, but unlicensed. If anyone from the first 5 users disconnects (i.e. turns off their machine), the license should be freed and assigned to one of the other 4 users.
I am not sure about how to control which of the four users would get the license. I would suggest talking with our Technical Support about it via this form:
