How to extract data from pdf(Mutiple pages) to excel through Document Understanding in Community Edition

Am extracting to extract a Bank Statement.pdf through Document Understanding and facing some challenges

1)Since my UipathStudio is Community Edition there is a restriction if the pdf has more than 2 pages.
Is there a way other than getting it done by through Enterprise edition(since it allows more than 2 pages)?

2)In a bank statement, is it possible to define in Document Understanding to extract only the specified tables (example: Deposits, Credits, Checks) ?

Is it possible for Document Understanding pick these tables automatically based on the defined taxonomy, because sometimes the banks might include few text paragraphs in the beginning of the statement which needs to be ignored while converting and the table position might be different
(example - from page# 1 its moved to page #2 due to the unexpected text inserted by the bank)?

3)Can all these above achieved through PDF activities ?
