Get Outlook Mail Messages Issue

Hi All - I created a workflow to get mail messages from particular people and save them to a folder. The outlook account I’m using has two different accounts. For some reason I am unable to use the properties field to point it to the account that was added recently. If I do not fill out any of the parameters I successfully get all messages but if I put in the account email address and the “Inbox” it does not work. Any ideas?

Hello @rcrew,

The account field is case sensitive. Check the exact email ID displayed in outlook.

Thank you!! I can’t believe it was just that. Realized the first two letters were capitalized.
