Use Case Description

In this process, Employees in logistics companies can update the consignment/container details in an excel file placed on the shared network. That will have a Unique consignment tracking ID.
The bot will use the tracking ID to track the consignment at a scheduled time and update the tracking Database/Excel with the latest information.
With this solution, the tracking details can be available at a single point. and also the Tracking report can be generated easily.
The user doesn’t need to access different websites for tracking the consignments.
