Asset SWAP Bot

Use Case Description

When a laptop needs to be swapped for a new one , the Bot will ask the user to input specific information that will be needed to search in asset management tool to validate the laptop and create ticket (if needed) with all relevant information and create labels(send and recieve if required).

  1. Bot Validates the User Information. In case of new User , it fill in required details .
  2. Depending on shipping or pick up of laptop, it create tickets and add labels accordingly
  3. Upload the label to Sharepoint for Validation/ManualAudit

This usecase can be applicable for Asset Management Citizen Developers and it can be useful for desktop/web asset management application .

Further, it can be used to enhance some features where user input an incident number and Bot validates the status of the ticket , If ticket is in correct state and asset status in tool is correct then laptop is registered else informational pop up appear informing possible issues.
