Use Case Description

The Automation includes the following five Supplier-related processes of the Central Vendor Administration (CVA) department.

  1. Supplier Addition
  2. Supplier Site Addition
  3. New Supplier Addition
  4. Change Supplier Site
  5. Supplier Site Copy

*The BOTs will be designed to execute in an ‘unattended’ manner in a dedicated machine.

  • The process will be split into two parts where one is dispatcher and other is performer
    *The Dispatcher Bot automatically picks all the Supplier files from shared location once Business users submit the Supplier form, and pushes them to Orchestrator to create the queue items.
    *The performer BOT then processes the queue items one after another, updating supplier execution status into ERP Application and sending email notifications.
    *The project will be implemented using the Scrum Agile methodology
