Central Vendor Management
Use Case Description
The Automation includes the following five Supplier-related processes of the Central Vendor Administration (CVA) department.
- Supplier Addition
- Supplier Site Addition
- New Supplier Addition
- Change Supplier Site
- Supplier Site Copy
*The BOTs will be designed to execute in an ‘unattended’ manner in a dedicated machine.
- The process will be split into two parts where one is dispatcher and other is performer
*The Dispatcher Bot automatically picks all the Supplier files from shared location once Business users submit the Supplier form, and pushes them to Orchestrator to create the queue items.
*The performer BOT then processes the queue items one after another, updating supplier execution status into ERP Application and sending email notifications.
*The project will be implemented using the Scrum Agile methodology
