The Process users the Integration Service feature to check a Google Drive account and retrieve a spreadsheet when is uploaded. After that the process starts automatcally on an unattended robot.
First it checks the compliance of the spreadsheet, that has to contain one product for every row.
Then it goes into SAP (or any other Application) and for every product into the file it checks the following data:
- the product bill of materials;
- for every material, the availability in every warehouse (by sum of its component).
Finally, it generates a report containing, for every product, if its materials are available into the warehouses. Otherwise the product will be marked in red.
The final product is saved locally and also send to the user email.
