Can not connect Orchestrator(20.4.3) with an android mobile app(3.11)

I recently updated the mobile app version to 3.11, and the following error occurred when connecting to the orchestrator server. I share a case that I temporarily solved.

  1. Orchestrator server version: 20.4.3 (On-Premise)
  2. Mobile App (Android) version: 3.11
  3. Mobile product: Samsung Galaxy Note 20
  4. Error message: Occurs when connecting

Something Went WrongWe were unable to detect the version of the Orchestrator instance at this URL. -Please ensure that:. An Orchestrator instance is hosted at this domain… The Orchestrator instance is not blocked by an authentication redirection service.

*** Solution: Downgrade to version 3.10 of the mobile app. ***
-v3.10: UiPath Orchestrator for Android - APK Download
-I have also registered the case in the UiPath technical team, but it has not been resolved yet.
