Connection Issue: Orchestrator Unreachable on Mobile

When I try to connect to Orchestrator on my mobile phone, it prompts: ‘Due to issues with your SSL certificate, we are unable to connect to your Orchestrator instance. Please check your certificate to ensure it meets Apple’s minimum configuration requirements.’ Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks a lot!

Go to settings-> general-> about-> certificates-> enable full trust for root certificates
