Orchestrator not available outside client network

My Orchetrator link is not accessible outside the client network. Do you think the UiPath Orchestrator mobile still work ? Please suggest

Also, Bala this Orchestrator you have connected to – Is it community edition Orchestrator or Enterprise version Orchestrator? I think that is where the difference is. I was trying to login to a Enterprise version of my Orchestrator.

if you’re trying to connect to an Enterprise version, kindly ensure that the Orchestrator URL is accessible outside of your corporate network. If it is accessible and you’re still having issues connecting, please let us know.
