Add Queue Item: Queue does not exist. Error code: 1002

I am trying to populate a queue named “MyQueue” in Orchestrator from values in my workflow. But it shows me below error. What could be the cause. Orchestrator is connected to Studio as well.

sir can u provide the solution

Or the link to a forum question that does provide the solution? This is the first hit on google when googling this error, and therefore a pitty that the answer is not here

Hi. You need to configure the Queue name and the Orchestrator folder path in the Studio properties.

You can create a Queue in your Shared folder - adding the required permissions for user and machine.
Add the folder path eg “Shared” in the field “Orchestrator Folder Path”
If you have subfolders then add the path with the / separator eg “Shared/QueueItems”

The following image should help.
