Add Queue Item - Postpone field time zone

When adding a new transaction to an Orchestrator queue, I’m not sure from the documentation (https://docs.uipath.com/activities/docs/add-queue-item ) what time zone is used. For example, if I set the postpone time on a queue item 12/12/2020 4:00, would it be triggered for processing specifically at 4:00 in the time zone of the Orchestrator installation? In this case, if adding postpone times for processing into a queue whose items span time zones, would the conversion to correct time need to be done before adding items to the queue?
