Why 'element exist' activity is ok at sometims, but somtimes cannot

Hi . I got one big problem :disappointed_relieved:
When I open browser by IE, I add ‘image exists’ activity, output ‘imageE’ var, then add ‘if’ ,if as True run scene A,.else run scene B. but I can get error message sometimes. the image element cannot find. how to fix ?

and if open URL a little slow, how to do ?

You mean to say it returns false as there is delay in loading website/image ?
