When using Computer Vision for VPN, OCR error is usually occurred

When using Computer Vision for VPN, the following OCR error is usually occurred.

If I run whole process which CV included, sometimes it works successfully.
However if I start the activity from CV the error is always listed.

Have tried to change OCR name, change display name, or update api key. The similar error is still shown then.

Please kindly tell me how to set Uipath to avoid it

Hello! @asesor-rpa your proxy requires authentication? I mean, Do you need to enter Login and Password in order to access Internet Web Sites? I am just telling this, because if your proxy requires authentication you probably needs to request to include the url in the firewall rules to have access. I had a similar problem here with the proxy authentication. But, first of all i would try all steps following the URL below :
