Did you check that message box whether it is going to loop or not

Could you please confirm that how many accounts did you login the Outlook application.

i have 2 accounts but the one which is logged in that only i have provided.

Yeah that was the problem sometimes if you change the account it will work on primary account only.

Delete the activity and save the project.
Reinitialize the activity and select the correct account one.

I also experienced the same after doing this it works properly.

After deleting also not works. Close and open the project and reinitialize the activity.
