If we have 100 mails out of which only 95 mails are read due to some issue 5 mails are not read what steps to be taken to rectify this issue

Hello @Taruna_Gupta , Try this

  1. Check those 5 emails are Unread state.
  2. Upadte the specific mail packages.
  3. Also ensure the filter condition and mail subject contain any special character.
