I was using UI path studio for past 1 year…now when i click the desktop icon, i am not able to sign in

did you getting any error ?
I was getting “operation was timed out”. then i closed the application and tried to open, but it asked to sign in(https://cloud.uipath.com) but not able to sign in…no response after clicking sign in button.
Can you share snapshot?
after clicking… just disables the button for a few seconds and then just remains in the same window:
when you click on sign what you are getting can you share that screenshot?

what studio version you are using ?
can you go to cloud.uipath.com might be your studio version is older one

Your licence got deactivated. Login into Orchestrator using cloud.uipath.com
Uninstall the studio from system.
Download latest version from orchestrator and install.
You should be able to login and use.

In case of inactivity or no use of UiPath your community licence gets deactivated and once you login or user any UiPath application, it’s gets renewed. So now you have the licence so so you can do reinstallation of the studio.
You can also try out Web Studio which don’t require installation.

First try to open your default broswer open orchestrator and then try clicking signin
Alternately You can go to orchestrator → click on ? → then downlods → download the studio
Uninstall the current and reinstall the new one using new exe …it should solve the issue
