Unable to move the mails between two mailboxes and to a specified folder

Hello,

Pick up mail from drafts of mailbox 1 and move it to mailbox 2 specific folder under inbox.

I use the activity “Get Outlook Mail Message” to pick up e-mails in the first mailbox.

I use the “Move Outlook Mail Message” activity to move the e-mails to mailbox 2.
In the Input Account property I have entered the e-mail address from mailbox 2, in the MailFolder property I have entered the name of the folder.

The whole thing works if I move the email inside mailbox 1. As soon as I try to move the emails to mailbox 2 I get the error message “Move Outlook Mail Message: The specified folder does not exist”. But the folders do exist.

Please help me to resolve this asap.

Try giving the folder as mailbox2displayname\inbox…instead of giving in account

Also is the mailbox2 a shared mailbox?

Yes it is group mailbox.

I tried above suggested but still same error

Move Outlook Mail Message: The specified folder does not exist.

Try removing the account and check if it works…or provide both account and the path completely

And both should be display names ideally

Give the shared mailbox email id in the account field of Move activity

and then give only Inbox in the folder…

I just tried and it is working as expected can you please check

Note: give the full email id and not the name

is the shared mail box added in the outlook ?

and do you see the display name and inbox there?

Yes group mailbox is added in the Outlook. And I can see both display name and inbox there also.

I configured groupmailbox to the mailbox1…

From mailbox1 drafts to groupmailbox inbox folder I am trying to move the mails.

That is a problem…from drafts you cannot…can you try from invox to inbox and check because the mail is not sent yet…you need to move to drafts of shared then

Also in account try with display name if its different…but drafts i dont think you can

I tried both mentioned ways drafts to drafts and inbox to inbox.

Both are not working.

If possible can you provide example

I tried from inbox to inbox

in get mail I used without account and it took the default account which is my primary mail box

in move mail in account I have given mail id of shared mailbox abc@mail.com

and in the folder I gave Inbox…

May be that is causing issue…can you remove archive and check if that works
