Unable to detect elements in Citrix Environment

Hi,

We are using UiPath Studio 2019.10.2 Enterprise license windows installer. We installed UiPath Remote runtime 22.10.5 in a Citrix machine which is in a client server. Enabled Citrix Extension in Studio. UiPath studio also having same UI Automation package version but we are not able to detect the elements in a Citrix machine when we are trying to indicate an element from UiPath Studio. I tried to indicate an element by downgrading all UI Automation packages and lower versions of 22.10.5. Still the same issue getting Repeated. Please help me in this. Please refer these screen shots.
