Hi Buddies,

When I am trying to use Native Citrix to automate Citrix Client, but it pop up below error message and cannot get the element from Citrix remote desktop.

I checked the runtime.msi has been setup in server and I tried 18.4.18.3,19.1,19.4,19.7 UiAutomation versions on my computer.

Welcome to the Community!
Please be sure that you are using same Studio version as the Runtime has. If not then I suggest to install the newest studio version and newest runtime on Citrix workers.
