Suggestion for Uipath Remote run time plugin

Hi,

I have UI Path studio licensed version - 2019.10.2 and UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package with version V19.11.0 and update version of 19.11.3 and 20.4.3.

Which version of the UiPath remote run time plugin I need to be installed on citrix server machine to detect elements?

The 19.11 version of the UiPath remote run time plugin is compatible with Studio 2019.10.x and the UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package versions you mentioned.

To detect elements on a Citrix server machine, you will need to install the UiPath Remote Runtime component. The version of the UiPath Remote Runtime that you need to install will depend on the version of UiPath Studio that you are using.

In your case, since you are using UiPath Studio version 2019.10.2, you will need to install UiPath Remote Runtime version 19.10.2 on the Citrix server machine.

You can download the UiPath Remote Runtime installer from the UiPath website. Once you have downloaded the installer, run it on the Citrix server machine and follow the installation instructions. Once the installation is complete, you should be able to use UiPath Studio to detect elements on the Citrix server machine.

Hi

It is mentioned in the UiPath academy that “The UiPath Remote Runtime has a dependency on the version of the UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package, not on the version of UiPath Studio /Robot”. Please confirm me whether it depends on UiPath.Automation.activities or UiPath studio verison.

UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package that you have installed in your project must be compatible with the version of the UiPath Remote Runtime that you are using.
