Unable to create support Ticket

I am trying to create a Tech support ticket for a problem I am facing in my usecase but I am getting an error screenshot of which is provided below.

@Shahu_Rahul Maybe you don’t have authentication permission to access this license id. Kindly check with your client or your team.
Also, check with Uipath Technical Team to activate it

what email address are you using ? @Shahu_Rahul

dont use your personal email address, try company email address etc.
