i try to use a Customer Portal site to download a UiPathRemoteRuntime.msi file.
I entered my support id from orchestrator, but I get an error message. see image

Are you using your Organization’s (Not Personal) Cloud Account and Support ID ?

Thanks for the feedback. I don’t understand exactly what you mean. I still use the free version of UiPath. where can I find the support ID/license code?

I have my Personal Cloud Account (Personal Email ID) Where I have activated Pro Trial License, Where I have picked up the Support ID and entered into the field, I get an Error :
I have my affiliated Organization’s Cloud account (Organization Email), where the License is provided to the Organization as a Whole/Purchased as a Separate License from the UiPath Sales Team, It gets validated Successfully :
I only have one cloud account, my affiliated Organization’s Cloud account (Organization Email). but not gets validated Successfully

In that case, we would ask you to contact the UiPath Support Team using your organization Email ID.
