Welcome to our uipath community.
Have you provided Orchestrator URL properly or not along with service and account name ?
Hi @lakshman,
Thank you!
Yes i have provided url with service and account name. I simply copy pasted it from the browser!
Thanks
Could you please show me mentioned URL here ? So that i can check and tell you what’s wrong here.
Sure!
here it is:
https://platform.uipath.com/saamatejbrij/saamaDefault/
saamatejbrij – Not sure what is this.
saamaDefault – is my service name
Thanks
Do one thing login Cloud Orchestrator with any of the available login options and then go to services page and there you will find your service name. Click on that it will redirect to your tenant region in the cloud.
Copy that URL and paste it here. It should be in the below format.
https://platform.uipath.com/[AccountName]/[ServiceName]
And also one more thing make sure only one Uipath studio should be installed but not multiple versions.
Hi
Kindly uninstall and reinstall the application form the cloud platform https://platform.uipath.com where login with your common authentication method like use gmail username and password to login
—once after logging in click on the resources tab and download the application
For more details in it
And once after installing while mentioning the orchestrator url make sure that you have mentioned as per this document

Hi,
I restarted my machine. UiPath got upraded to 2019.11.0-beta2.
I guess its the latest version. Do I still need to re-install studio?
I am working on my company laptop. Does the restricted settings make any difference here?
Thanks
Kindly check whether there is any firewall restrictions like the application is while listed
Cheers @Vipul_Bhasin
