Unable to connect orchestrator. Getting error - Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0. Can someone please help me resolve this?

Check the url is correct as below

https://cloud.uipath.com/[AccountName]/[ServiceName]

also check if any firewall is blocking

Thanks for the answer.

But issue still persists. Actually the system on which studio is installed is managed by my organisation. They are saying its not a firewall issue. Even they are clueless.
