Unable to cick inside open workbench

hello,

I have to click inside the open workbench application on pus symbol for every name which is given.

for that i am using click activity. but i am not able to click.I tried with click image in anchor tag but still found element selector not working properly. It is clicking randomly on any pus sign.
here is the selector of find element for names in open workbench(sector is same for click also) without title
