Unable to Activate Task Capture

Hi,

We are using the full Automation Hub “Enterprise License” for our organization. One item we’re having trouble with, is the use of Task Capture. When loading Task Capture, we are instructed to provide a license key. We get that license key from this location copied here.
Creation Date: 2020-11-20T17:46:10.8531393+00:00
License: 3216-7044-4055-5009
Link: UiPath
When loading this license key, we get errors saying we are unable to complete the load of Task Capture.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
