Licensing error on Task Capture

Hello,

I’m encountering a problem with licensing on task capture. When I run it on my machine it gets an error saying ‘Could not find any active licenses on server’. Usually, I log into task capture using the Uipath cloud account.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I hope you are using the Service URL method of login.

Could you please let us know what is the license allocated to your use through which you login ?

Thanks for the consideration. An Automation Developer License is allocated for the tenant. The screenshot of the related error is attached herewith.

Okay Automation Developer allows Task capture

So could you please open your Orchestrator and show us the robot setup page of your user ?
