UiRobot disconnected from one moment to another, it was working 3 days ago.

I am using community uipath

Could you let us know when did it exactly start for you?

Also, does the Robot service restart (or simply a computer restart) help you to fix the issue?

Hello, good start on Monday 06/22/2020 and good restarted but the problem persists … I don’t know what else you could recommend me to do

I just did another review

On a machine on another network, if it works and you can see that port 443 is being used. As the image shows

But in which it does not work, the service does not appear running or established

Do you think it is that port 443 is blocked? Although it seems strange to me because I did a telnet test and if it works … I await your prompt response. Thanks in advance

Can you check on the machine that is not working if you can browse cloud.uipath.com ?
