UiRobot disconnected Orchestrator - Error Forbidden

Hi,

We have the “Forbidden” problem, and we don’t find the cause

Has anyone already found a solution?

Is this happened while executing from the orchestrator? Also if you reconnect to orchestrator and execute is it showing the same error?

Can you tell us about more information regarding this ,
whether this is On perm or Cloud

Also of this is cloud , please check your net work connection communication with your network team whether the ports are communicated correctly

It’s an On perm Orchestrator.

This robot machine is not allowed to communicate your APP/DB server ,

Track the relevant port and allow form your network team ,
