Forbidden connection to the Orchestrator

Dear All,

I’m getting an error “Forbidden” while connecting to the Orchestrator by UiRobot/Assistant.
The problem seems to irregularly appear and disappear.

Make sure that you are placing the Orchestrator URL as below format

https://platform.uipath.com/[AccountName]/[ServiceName]

If you still facing issue, share us the screenshot of the orchestrator settings, make black to your Machine Key for privacy

I tried many variants of URL (your example as well) but with the same result.
Finally, the connection worked without my interaction which looks very weird. It’s not the first time that connection was forbidden and then started working normally.
