Uipath With ABBYY FlexiCapture

Hello,

I want to get the text from the pdf using UiPath with Abbyy OCR. I have installed the licensed version of Abbyy flexicapture engine and added the IntelligentOCR Package from UiPath Studio.

I don’t know how to use flexicapture activites. can anyone help me to find the solution for that.

You use flexicapture studio to make the temperate for your pdf (whatever details you want to extract )

You use the felxicapture engine software to test this template and generate a fcdot file

Finally you supply the image and the fcdot file in uipath intelligent scope activities to get the output

For further doubts I would advise you to request a session from uipath/ Abby directly

Thanks for your response. I have Installed the Flexi capture Engine with licensed. But I can’t see the flexi capture studio.

You need to go to C:\ProgramFiles\Abby or C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Abby installtion folder

there you will find the FlexiLayoutStudio.exe file

If it is not present please check your installation and you need both studio and Engine (seperate licenses for both)

I have created the ABBYY Template, when I use process activity under the Intelligent-OCR am getting this problem.
