UiPath Create Form Activity missing?

Hi guys,
I have a UiPath.Form.Activities installed but apparently it does not contain Create Form activity.

Is this a known issue? How can I create form having these activities?

Can you tell me, how can I put some data into the form? e.g variables, lists, etc.

All tutorials use old Create Form activity in the workflow.
