How to properly install Create Form into UiPath

Hi everyone, I’ve been doing some research in how to correctly add the Create Form activities into UiPath and have found no substantial directions. I tried a previous instruction from YouTube, but apparently the installation process is no longer valid. Any good resources someone could point me to?

@ajeffers, kind of difficult to know which resources to point you to since you mentioned you have done some research already, wish you could have listed everything you tried so we know not to point you to something you already tried. otherwise if you haven’t already, take a look at the below link, they have listed installation steps and you can scroll down the thread and check if someone had a similar problem.
