Create form option

Hi,

I am a newbie in UI path and just wanted to ask how do I make the “Create form” option available in the Activities tab. I have seen and downloaded a sample that makes use of the “Create form” option. But when I create a new one, I couldn’t find that option anymore. Can anyone please show me how to make this option available?

I am using Studio 2021.10.0.

Hey,
if you need to use ‘create form’ you have to download package: UiPath.Form.activities

thanks for that. i have it already installed but it won’t appear in the activities pane. but if i opened the example with the form - that’s the time i can see that option from the pane.
